Refund Policy

We are unable to provide a refund or exchange without proof of purchase, you must provide the original receipt or tax invoice for all returns or exchanges.

+All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, in sellable condition and with an expiry of no more than 6 months. 

  • Medications: we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any medication which has left the premises.
  • Food: returns as per manufacturers terms and conditions.

Refunds will be processed onto an EFTPOS/CREDIT/DEBIT card or into a bank account provided to our accounts team via email only.

  • Items purchased through afterpay will be returned on to the afterpay online card from the original sale.
  • Any stock purchased on clearance is unable to be returned.
